Counselling is a confidential mental health support service that offers many benefits. While some students may wish to simply talk and gain personal insights into their lives, others may want to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Counselling can also involve goal setting for health and wellbeing as well as the coordination of mental health supports and resources.

Please note that Ritu is an MACP Mental Health Counsellor Intern and only sees TFS Students.

Whether you’re feeling lost, emotionally overextended, or unsure of who you are beyond your responsibilities, our work together can be a space to explore gently.

I’m guided by an interest in existential-humanistic therapy, parts work, and somatic practices, approaches that affirm healing doesn’t come from fixing, but from being felt, seen, and supported in discovering what feels most true for you.
