Online counselling sessions are provided using video software. This service requires a pre-counselling screening assessment.

Counselling is a confidential mental health support service that offers many benefits. While some students may wish to simply talk and gain personal insights into their lives, others may want to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Counselling can also involve goal setting for health and wellbeing as well as the coordination of mental health supports and resources.

Wednesdays In person (TFS Students Only) 1:30pm – 5pm

Our time will be dedicated to unraveling what’s going on in your life in this moment and identifying what your needs are. In our session you will be met with acceptance and compassion as we work together to discover what is most helpful for you today.

Megan recently completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She uses a queer positive, anti-racist and trauma informed lens in her methodology. She has experience working with artists, the LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent communities.
