Online counselling sessions are provided using video software. This service requires a pre-counselling screening assessment.

Counselling is a confidential mental health support service that offers many benefits. While some students may wish to simply talk and gain personal insights into their lives, others may want to address concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. Counselling can also involve goal setting for health and wellbeing as well as the coordination of mental health supports and resources.

Hello Toronto Film School Students, my name is Karen and I will be available this term as a Mental Health Counselling Intern to meet with you in-person or virtually to discuss anything related to your mental health and wellness needs.
