Hi, I’m Meg, I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with TFS/Yorkville University.

I offer 50 minute Single Sessions and Short Term Therapy/ Walk in Therapy for TFS Students on Wednesdays (In Person) and Tuesdays/Thursdays (Virtual Only)

In session I use a person centered compassion-based approach.

If you are looking for support with school and life stressors, or just want a safe space to explore emotions, thoughts, or experiences. Our time will be dedicated to unraveling what’s going on in your life in this moment and identifying what your needs are. In our session you will be met with acceptance and compassion as we work together to discover what is most helpful for you today.
